Information Technology Governance Council
Committee reports to: Provost and Executive Vice President

The Information Technology Governance Council (ITGC) serves as the principal advisory and guidance body for IT strategy, policies, and investments at Mississippi State University. The council ensures that IT initiatives align with institutional goals, enhance operational efficiencies, and support the technology needs of the institution. The ITGC promotes transparency, accountability, and collaboration among stakeholders to optimize technology resources and services while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and industry best practices.
