Associate Deans for Research Committee
Committee reports to: Vice President for Research and Economic Development
The Associate Deans for Research Committee meets monthly to discuss issues involving research at Mississippi State University. ADRs advise the Office of Research and Economic Development in identifying strategic initiatives and opportunities for collaboration; advocate for faculty and manage the research/funding portfolio for their respective college; convene as a body with the Faculty Research Advisory Council, Robert Holland Faculty Senate, and ad hoc for research-related issues; are involved in research policy formulation and implementation; and serve as a resource for faculty and administrative staff regarding opportunities, services, policies, and procedures pertaining to research.
