A&S Academic Excellence (Acadex)
The main purpose of Acadex is to provide travel funding to catalyze innovative research and scholarly activities involving faculty in the College of Arts & Sciences and Mississippi State University. International travel to foster mutually beneficial partnerships that propel international research engagement is also encouraged.
Funding is available to support all fields and is expected to leverage external resources or collaborations resulting in impactful research and scholarly activities with the potential to elevate the ranking, reputation, and research productivity of A&S and MSU.
Acadex funds are made available through the generosity of the Arts & Sciences Advisory Board and the Dean's Office and are intended to facilitate scholarship and/or grantsmanship.
